This notice explains how Maison Maboc handles personal information in its correspondence with hotels and hospitality businesses.

What we hold

Business contact details: your name, role, work email address and the organisation you work for. We take these from your organisation’s public website, from professional directories, or from you directly.

Why we hold it

To introduce our ventures to the businesses they are designed for, and to reply when you write to us. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: relevant, occasional business correspondence.

Your choice

Every message we send offers a way out. Reply asking for no further contact, or write to correspondence@maisonmaboc.com, and we will not write again. We keep your address on a suppression list solely to honour that request.

Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent or share personal information. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace and this website by Cloudflare. This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last exchange, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or erase the information we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to correspondence@maisonmaboc.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
